• Client brief What is now a 7300 sq.ft. the apartment was originally two 5 bedroom apartments. The huge c- shaped living and dining space was transformed into four zones; namely the entrance lobby, a formal seating, dining area, and informal seating. Of the 10 bedrooms; 2 were converted into offices to be used by two of the family members, 3 bedrooms were to be used as guest bedrooms, 3 bedrooms were to be permanently occupied by the family, 1 bedroom was to be the playroom for the children and 1 bedroom was a multipurpose room.
