• Client brief The residence is an example of maximalist luxury, situated in the city of Jaipur. Crafted by the visionary Ar. Rajkumar Kumawat, the residence boasts a facade that evokes a sense of minimalism with its precise geometries and clean lines. The facade, characterised by simplicity, is embraced by lush greenery and enhanced by warm lights, creating a dramatic ambience. Upon entering, a grand foyer leads to a cosy living area where sumptuous sofas and bespoke decor elements define the opulent and maximalist aesthetics.
