  • Client brief The design seamlessly integrates site sensitivity with a refined spatial narrative, creating an immersive sensory experience. Organized along a central axis, the layout carves voids framing intentional views of the northern garden. From the street, the house reads as solid volumes, concealing a portal approached via a sloping lawn. Inside, light and shadow define transitional spaces, culminating in expansive public areas dissolving into terraces overlooking the garden and golf course. Reflecting pools and a swim lane amplify natural light, while chukum plaster, wood, and marble enrich the palette, achieving a timeless interplay of luxury, simplicity, and connection to nature.
