• Client brief ZOO Architects have created a proposal for a series of structures which support water retention and new vegetation on Africa’s Serengeti plains, providing valuable nutrients and hydration for the animals that live there. At a time when human interference has led to territorial shrinkage, food shortages, and soil erosion in an area with the most abundant population of large mammals on Earth, this project offers a positive contribution through the restoration of soil fertility and promoting plant growth during the dry season.
