Client brief
Tiny House is a rest house built in a few weeks thanks to its modular design and precast structure. Located in Valle de Bravo, the project features simple architecture, rising on a metallic platform that forms a terrace with panoramic forest views.
Efficient space prioritized the public area, with minimal but comfortable bedrooms, bunk beds, and an intermediate bathroom.
A large storage unit divides the rooms, creating openness and a smooth transition between spaces. Heat-treated wood staves form the walls, complemented by insulation. A large window and floating ceiling allow natural light to permeate, integrating the house into the environment.
