Prajakt Patil is an Indian Photographer based in Mumbai, specialised in Architectural Photography. Prajakt attended Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute for Architecture and Environmental Studies. In 2004 he started to work as an Architect on large Master Planning and Architecture projects. He worked as an Architect for more than a decade.

His first commissioned Architectural Photography assignment came up in 2009. Since then he has photographed buildings and spaces of varied nature. Now, he makes an attempt to photographically justify important architectural creations. While photographing a building several factors need attention. The most prominent of all being the manner in which the building should be portrayed. Light, weather, site behaviour, permission, assignment duration are the other factors. To make a good Architectural Photograph one should be lucky, apart from being skilled. His photographs are published nationally and internationally.
