Karan Johar's apartment costs more than 30 crores and the nursery and terrace of the house have been designed by none other than Gauri Khan. Karan’s house is 8000 sq. foot and it’s a duplex apartment located in Bandra, Mumbai.

Terrace : The terrace has tinted glass décor with black and white shades, geometric tiling on the floor, sculpted bar table and a gorgeous white couch. This space is perfect to soothe, enjoy and chill.
Dining Room : Dining room is perfectly decorated with large windows, grey marble flooring, plush interiors, wood-panelled false ceiling. The decoration has been taken to another level by a glossy black dining table, olive-green coloured leather couch, chandelier and golden lights. He also has a fine taste for art. His abode is full of paintings that not only show vibrancy but also give life to décor.
Living Room : His living room is designed with all-white colour to bring ultimate elegance. It has floor-to-ceiling windows, a dining table, marble flooring, grey chairs etc. This room is simply designed with minimalism that brings great charm to the space.
Karan Johar’s Bedroom : KJO’s bedroom is a perfect combination of both modern and old charm. There is a carved wood of dark colour with leather bed, a leather armchair, grey coloured couch and a bookshelf holding all his trophies.
Walk-In-Wardrobe : Karan has a large dressing room or walk-in-wardrobe that showcases a giant mirror with all his gorgeous and expensive clothes. It’s all made with wood along with golden lights.
Roohi and Yash’s Nursery : This corner is designed by Gauri Khan which used to be Karan’s bedroom earlier. It’s revamped with all-white colour along with a white lamp, sofa, wardrobe and a crib. The flooring is done with dark woods to complement the white interior.
